What Is Whole30?
Whole30 is an approach to eating that is designed to reset your health. By eliminating certain foods groups that could be having a negative impact on your body, you restore your energy, mind, body and health.
During a Whole30, you eliminate specific food groups for 30 days. The foods that you eliminate are not “bad foods,” but may be “bad for YOU food.” The foods that you eliminate for 30 days are foods most commonly found to cause inflammation in your body, which can lead to poor health, lack of energy, metal fog, joint pain, weight gain, acne, and other common health problems. For 30 days you will focus on eating a balance of nutrient dense, real food. During your Whole30, you allow your body to heal and recover from the negative impact that these foods have had on your well being, holding you back from living your best life!
CAN WHOLE30 HELP WITH CHRONIC HEALTH PROBLEMS?
YES!!! I have coached over a hundred clients and have witnessed chronic and acute health problems resolve or significantly improve after completing a Whole30. Whole30 may not be the “magic bullet,” but it is a way to narrow down a possible cause of illness or poor health. As a health care professional I love that I can promote a natural approach to health and wellness.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER 30 DAYS?
At the end of your Whole30, I help guide you through reintroduction. During this time, we systematically reintroduce each food group back to help identify if any of the foods cause symptoms of inflammation or poor health.
DO I NEED TO HIRE A COACH?
Maybe not! Whole30 offers a lot of free resources on their website. However, hiring me as your coach will provide you with extra accountability as well as 1:1 support customized for your EXACT needs! I also help you with meal planning and recipe ideas. I provide a lot of Pro Hacks that include shopping tips, food prep tips and answers to questions on the fly. I provide specific Pre Whole30 Preparation and Reintroduction advice and encouragement. Previous clients report that I “provide the perfect balance of encouragement and tough love.” Sometimes having a coach helps provide financial incentive to keep you committed to accomplishing the goal that you set for yourself. I will provide you with clear expectations and a clear road map on your journey to better health!

Through coaching hundreds of clients I have witnessed that Whole30 helps people change many aspects of their lives. I have witnessed dozens of personal transformations that have started with making changes to diet. Whole30 encourages being mindful of every aspect of our relationship with food which brings about a lot of positive changes and benefits.
